One address for everything
This is a small editorial operation, so there is no ticket system and no phone line — one mailbox, read by the people who write the pages.
What we welcome
- Corrections. A price that changed, a feature that no longer exists, a claim you can show is wrong. Include the page URL and, where possible, a link to the vendor's own page. Verified fixes are made and the "data last updated" date on the page is refreshed.
- Vendor updates. If you work for a product we cover and something material changed (pricing, plans, availability), we will re-verify and update the page like any other source. We do not accept pre-written copy for publication.
- Editorial questions. How we test, how the site is funded, why a tool ranks where it does. The editorial policy answers most of this — start there.
What we cannot do
AITop publishes general comparisons, not individual advice. We cannot recommend one product for your specific situation, help negotiate with a vendor, or intervene in a billing dispute. For legal, insurance, accounting or tax decisions, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Do not send us confidential or personal information. This site runs no accounts and no forms, and email is not an encrypted channel — keep messages general.
