The verdict

Buy three, not ten: ChatGPT ($20) + Zapier ($20) + Notion (~$20/member) covers content, admin and knowledge for about $60 a month — most of it replaceable by free tiers while you validate. Run any workflow manually for two weeks before automating it, measure time saved for 30 days, and never let AI touch the books without a human review step. A wrong blog draft is annoying; a misclassified expense at scale is a different problem.
